Membership Application Process
Interesting in joining our merry little family? That's great! Here's what the process looks like:
- We ask that prospective members have a general familiarity with and interest for White Haven's mission, activities, and values. Have you had some pleasant interactions with a White Haven member or officer? We recommend asking that person to sponsor your application.
- Once you are ready to apply, click the link above to complete your online application.
- White Haven officers will discuss your application and will vote.
- We will then respond to you with an acceptance or rejection letter to the email address included in the application.
- If your application is approved, White Haven officers will schedule your induction. Inductions typically occur immediately following Service Nights. However, alternative arrangements can be made at your request.
- Prior to induction, please read and agree to the GemStone IV House system.
- It is recommended that you also review White Haven Bylaws prior to induction. The bylaws include general rules of conduct that all house members will be held to.
- Upon induction, members will pay one-time fee of 50,000 silvers (coins only, no notes please).

Regarding Free to Play Accounts
Please note that Gemstone IV Free to Play (F2P) accounts are restricted from joining any Cooperative House of Elanthia. While a F2P account may restrict you from membership with House White Haven, it does not in any way mean that you are not welcome to partake in House events that are open to the public.
